What does Arqera Labs do?
Arqera Labs AI is an applied AI lab. We design, build and run AI systems for businesses: AI agents, predictive analytics, workflow and document automation, conversational AI on email, WhatsApp and voice, and complete AI-native web and mobile products. We also run AI audits that show where automation pays off.
Which industries do you work with?
All of them. Our team has delivered more than 70 AI projects across manufacturing, ports and logistics, healthcare, retail, wholesale, food and beverage, real estate and professional services. We focus on problems, not sectors, and bring proven patterns from one industry to another.
What is an AI audit?
An AI audit is a focused engagement where we go inside your operation, map how work really gets done, and identify which tasks and processes AI can automate or improve. Each opportunity is quantified in hours saved, cost and risk, and you receive a prioritised roadmap with quick wins and longer-term bets.
How long does an AI project take?
It depends on scope. Focused automations can often go live within a few weeks. Larger platforms are delivered in stages, with something useful running in production early and improvements shipped continuously after that.
Do you work with small companies or only large enterprises?
Both. We deliver small, sharp automations for growing companies and large, multi-year platforms for enterprises. The engineering discipline is the same either way.
Which AI models and platforms do you use?
We are model-agnostic and cloud-agnostic. We work with leading commercial and open-weight models and deploy on Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud or AWS, choosing whatever fits the problem, the budget and your compliance needs.
How do you handle data security and GDPR?
Compliance is designed in from the start: data minimisation, EU hosting where required, strict tenant and access isolation, audit trails, and AI providers configured so your data is not used to train their models. We also account for the EU AI Act in how systems disclose and use AI.
